Good to have a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. There's views of the Marina. The location is marvellous and stunning, near to the town centre, the beach and AMAZING restaurants close by and the mumbles.

The whole place was clean and the bedroom was spacious. It was top and comfortable right on the bay.

We really enjoyed that it was fairly clean. It was in a particularly good and stunning place.

A fabulous base for sightseeing in Swansea. Particularly good and amazing setting near to the beach and amazing restaurants close by and amazing restaurants. Btw, located right on the bay. Easy access to The Cwtch, just 10 minutes walk. Views of the Marina, twin bedroom. A hairdryer and bath sheets available.

Our stay at the Artistic And Luxurious Apt With Sea View. Beach Side was fantastic! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bath tub was pure relaxation. The communication with the hosts was easy and they were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Swansea!

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, and fridges, and there are stunning views of the marina.

The view from the balcony was amazing, offering excellent views of the surroundings. Additionally, the comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom added to the overall enjoyable stay. The location was also a plus, with easy access to the town and great restaurants just a short walk away.

Finding the keys and the car park proved to be a bit of a challenge, with insufficient instructions on their whereabouts. The underground car park had height restrictions, making it difficult for vehicles with larger dimensions.

We had a bit of trouble collecting the key from a different location and ended up paying for parking in a nearby car park. Additionally, there was a lack of communication between the host and the cleaner, resulting in a rushed check-out.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Swansea with an artistic and luxurious feel. The location was perfect, with easy access to Wind Street, the beach, the museum, Mumbles, the university. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, although it did show some signs of wear and tear. The convenience of having a Coop under the flats was also a great perk. The view from the balcony was lovely, even though it wasn't quite a sea view as advertised. But I still enjoyed the sight of the marina and the city. The size of the apartment exceeded my expectations, providing ample space for a comfortable stay.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The car park was located underground with height restrictions, making it difficult for taller vehicles like mine to enter and exit.
